Jason P. Garner, PE
President
Jason Garner, Founder and President of Clear Process Engineering LLC has been involved in light and heavy industry process engineering and project management since 2003.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, Louisiana, and is a registered Professional Engineer and is licensed in Louisiana, Arkansas, Mississippi, Alabama, Texas, Minnesota, South Dakota, and California.
His career began in Hot Springs, Arkansas, with Mid-South Engineering, a leading consulting and design firm specializing in building products facilities - investing six years learning various aspects of the building products and biomass industries.
To pursue his passion for biomass energy systems, Jason’s career led him to Thermal Systems Engineering, a firm specializing in the design of industrial and utility-grade heat energy systems. Under Kelton Grubbs PE, one of the foremost experts in thermal energy systems with over 60 years of experience, Jason studied and executed thermal energy design.
In 2012, as part of corporate collaboration, Jason was reassigned to FSE Energy in Covington, Louisiana, a leader in field-erected solid-fuel boiler systems. He spent four years leading the engineering and design department as Chief Engineer at FSE before founding Clear Process Engineering.
Having executed projects in North America, Central America, South America, Europe, the Caribbean, Africa, Asia, and others, Jason and his team have distinguished themselves as experts in biomass, boiler, combustion and energy systems.
Along with his responsibilities at Clear Process Engineering, Jason is an Eagle Scout and has been involved in the Boy Scouts of America since the age of seven.
